It’s time to change, so does Google believes! In a recent update, Google announced a massive upgrade regarding the Google Blogs. As per the news, Google, one of the largest search engines, has unveiled their migration strategy for their Google Blogs, deporting them from the “” to the “” domain respectively. This will enhance user connectivity and reading features.

How Will It Help?

To a very intellectual question, Google replied, “to help people recognize when they’re reading an official blog from Google.” This step is necessary to avoid any unofficial uploading, as many informal Google blogs have been uploaded on the BlogSpot domain, which needs to be put down.

John Mueller was quoted saying, “these changes will roll out to all of Google’s blogs over time.” The good news, the “previous address will redirect to the new domain.” Apart from it, Google is also working on the RSS feeds to migrate along with the post and domain.

Pedro Dias, Ex-Googler and Internet Marketer, posted a feed on Google+, stating to “update your feeds, because at the moment it doesn’t redirect.”

Good luck Google. Keep rolling!
