Since yesterday, SEO industry and Webmaster has been following a Google algorithm ranking update. This has created quite a stir amongst the industry and garnered major attention.
This update is related to link quality and doesn’t revolve around content. Although Google hasn’t yet confirmed or denied any activity, but Google’s Gary Illyes named all updates as “FRED” and stated that the updates are constantly revived.
John Mueller and Gary Illyes, Google, didn’t clear the air, although gave some hints on Twitter:
Black Hat SEO community and automatic tracking tools has been issuing tracking reports and changes, it becomes much clear that the update was regarding link quality algorithm. Several SEO tracking tools such as AccuRanker, Algoroo and Mozcast are supervising and predicting changes in Google algorithms.
