YouTube has rolled out another fantastic online feature and has openly challenged Facebook and Twitter!

Here’s the surprise! YouTube has proposed a new mobile live streaming feature, which allows YouTubers and content creators with more than 10,000 subscribers to stream through their mobile apps.

According to Barbara Macdonald and Kurt Wilms, product managers, this is the whole case:

“It’s a launch that’ll put the power of live streaming in the hands of hundreds of thousands of talented creators, giving them a more intimate and spontaneous way to share their thoughts, lives and creativity,”

Recently, YouTube added a fiscal enticement with “Super Chat”, which allows users to pay a particular amount and be a “stand out from the crowd” with their highlighted chat messages and comments. These comments and chats are usually pinned on the top of the conversation boxes for creators to view.

Macdonald and Wilms said,

“Super Chat is like paying for that front-row seat in the digital age.”

Let’s see how this live mobile streaming feature will do for YouTube.
